I don’t use your data for advertising, I don’t create profiles and I don’t make automated decisions.
3. Health data (injuries)
The injuries or limitations field is optional. I only use it to make the lesson safe and adapted to you. It is never used for marketing or shared with anyone. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the contact email or WhatsApp.
4. Minors
Lessons for minors are booked by their parent or legal guardian, who provides the minor’s details needed for the lesson.
5. WhatsApp and other providers
Bookings are made on this website and questions are answered on WhatsApp, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group) with its own privacy policy and possible transfers outside the European Economic Area. The website’s hosting and email provider and, where applicable, the bank that processes Bizum also access data as processors. I don’t sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to hola@joseluna.es, stating which right you are exercising. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Security
I apply reasonable measures to protect your data: restricted access to my devices, a website with HTTPS and regular deletion of conversations and data I no longer need.
